Meet Tigger, we were told this sweet boy was found on the side of the highway. However he is microchipped and neutered. His chip tracks to NE but we have had no luck getting a response from the number linked to his chip. We don't know how he made it to KS from NE but he has remained super sweet and loving. He is a big boy with a heart just as big.
