Meet Mojave! He came into our rescue from the inner city streets. It has taken him some time to adjust to indoor life, but he seems very happy now. Mojave is about 2 - 3 years old. He loves to play with his toys and lay in the sun watching all the wildlife out the window. Mojave likes to be pet (especially while he eats and gets treats). He purrs a lot and is very affectionate! He is still on guard after being outside on his own for so long, so he lets you know when he’s had enough attention. His foster mom would not recommend a very active home or a home with children. An adult-only home that has time and patience to let him adjust and feel safe would be ideal. Mojave has had no reaction to his foster family's resident dogs, so his foster mom thinks he would be okay with a dog in the home. His foster mom is not sure how he would do sharing a home with other cats. Mojave is ready for his forever home! Mojave was born around February 16, 2024, and is currently being fostered in Thomaston. He is fixed, up-to-date on shots, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and Greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved.
