About Cooper Lizman
Lets make it official, apply to adopt! Cooper may have had a ruff start and still carries some rough edges, but he is truly a hidden gem waiting to shine in the right home. As a member of Eleventh Hour Rescue’s Diamond in the Ruff Program, Cooper is a sweet and playful pointer/terrier mix who just needs a little polishing. He’s full of potential and his loving, vibrant spirit already shines thanks to his affectionate nature and zest for life. Having been found abandoned and underweight with a scar from an embedded collar, Cooper’s resilience is remarkable. Despite his hard past, he greets life with appreciation and friendliness, showing a real fondness for cuddling and doling out “hugs” to those he loves. His energetic personality would be a perfect match for an active adopter who enjoys adventures and playtime. For now, Cooper will do best as the only dog in the household, giving him time to decompress and adjust to life as part of a loving family. Cooper is fully house trained, crate trained (he’s impressively quiet), and ready to learn and bond with a patient person. He’d be happiest with older or considerate kids who understand his energy and love for play. Plus, his adoption fee has been fully sponsored by a generous donor—you just need to provide the love and patience to help him sparkle! They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
