About Hannah
Hannah is a Skye Terrier and Miniature Schnauzer mix with a long, gray-blue coat, currently thriving in her foster home in Raleigh, NC after her previous owner couldn't keep her. Born January 19, Hannah is a determined Capricorn—no surprise she's so focused on her health journey. She has made steady progress shedding extra pounds, now around 30 pounds on her way to her target weight near 20. She loves her fenced backyard and neighborhood walks, though sometimes she needs a nudge to remember she actually enjoys being outside. She’s best suited for an adult household and does well with other polite, socialized dogs in her own weight range, but does not get along with cats and may be a bit assertive with smaller canines. Grooming is a must with her long coat, and exercise plus a proper diet remain non-negotiable for Hannah. She’s spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, house trained, and does well on leash, but crates aren't her thing. Hannah needs an experienced adopter and is not a fit for first-timers, children, or apartments. If you’ve got an active lifestyle and a secure yard within an hour of Raleigh, she’s ready to meet you. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
