Walter was brought to Santa Barbara County Animal Services by the Good Samaritan who found him. Sadly, no one came to claim him. We welcomed Walter as a Frosted Face on February 16th. He is about 12 years old and weighs just under 10 lbs. On the same day this cutie arrived, he was chosen for a two-week Frosted Fling. We are thankful Walter is receiving lots of TLC in the comfort of a home while we learn more about him. Check back soon for an update from his foster family!
