Everybody loves a mysterious guy, right? Meet Chispa, a 7-month-old terrier mix who is known for being a bit of a coy boy. He’ll lure you in with his good looks and soulful stare, but don’t be fooled by his mysterious air, once he lets you in this boy loves you hard. He has a bit of an old soul and we think he’s wise beyond his years, but he still knows how to let loose and act his age. He gets along well with other dogs and is looking for a person who will help boost his confidence and let him snuggle them until the very end.
