Tolkien – Sweet, Snuggly, and So Well-Mannered Tolkien has been an absolute dream in his foster home. He’s doing wonderfully with potty training and has had only one small accident — otherwise he consistently pees and poops outside. He sleeps soundly in his crate with no overnight accidents. He settled in beautifully and quickly learned the bedtime routine. Tolkien loves to be picked up and carried, and he has the cutest habit of burrowing under blankets. He’s affectionate, playful, and especially gentle and snuggly with kids.🤗 He’s currently fostered with children and cats and has been fantastic with both. He’s curious about the cats but does not chase or bark — he simply watches them and politely sniffs when they allow it.🐾 Tolkien also enjoys other dogs. He’s friendly and curious but not pushy or overwhelming. He reads social cues well and isn’t obsessive or overbearing, which has helped him get along great with other pups.
