Nigel Powers is, in the most affectionate way possible, a hot mess—and an absolute treasure. Though he came from the community cat life, this little guy is super-duper friendly and clearly missed his calling as someone’s spoiled house cat. Nigel loves being held, melts for pets, and yes—he’s even a fan of belly rubs. Despite looking a bit rough around the edges, his personality is pure gold. He’s the kind of cat who wins you over instantly with his charm, trust, and joyful acceptance of affection. Nigel does have a virus that’s contagious to non-vaccinated cats (calicivirus,) so he’ll need a home where that can be safely managed, and he’s also in need of a dental to help him feel his best. Right now he may look like he’s been through a few things (because he has), but don’t let that fool you—he is the best. Nigel can go home as a Foster where you receive medical care from PACC while actively marketing him for an adoptive home or Pre-Adopt where you receive medical care from PACC with the intention of keeping him furrever
