Available From Texas Freckles is a beautiful 1‑year‑old Catahoula hunting dog (born in December) who is full of energy, love, and playfulness. At 45 pounds, she’s the perfect size for an active family and thrives when she has space to run and canine friends to play with. She is wonderfully social, loves other dogs, and would do best in a home with more land and plenty of time for adventures. Freckles is house trained, potty trained, and crate trained—she sleeps peacefully in her crate at night and knows all her basic commands. She has no health issues, is fixed, and is ready to bring joy to a family who can match her playful spirit and give her the companionship she deserves. Since she is a fairly active dog, we believe she would do best in a family with school-aged children who can match her energy level.
