Tango was a big old stray tom cat who ruled a large neighborhood and enjoyed buffet dinners at the home of a family who wanted him to have a chance at a safe indoor home. So we took him in and got him neutered and discovered that he is a pretty cool guy. Tango is sweet and enjoys head scratches but will let you know when he is finished. Right now we don't think he will do well with other Cats, however, he was just recently neutered so once the hormones completely wear off, he may be just fine with another laid-back cat. Tango did test positive for FIV which is not a big deal at all (we're happy to talk with you about it if you have questions!). FIV can only be transmitted through deep bloody wound (the kind you typically see in Tom Cat, who have not been fixed) and breeding. Peaceful cats can live together with no issues!
