Halsey was rescued from an animal testing facility and is just learning what it's like to live in a home and not in cage. She had been in the facility her whole life until just a few weeks ago. This sweet little beagle girl is already going on walks and starting to play - something she never got to do before. Halsey is very sweet and doing awesome in her foster home. We can hardly wait until she finds her forever family!
