Hi, I'm a 4-year-old Siamese kitty named Wexler. I have a gentle soul and a story that shaped who I am today. I came into the shelter two years ago from a very difficult hoarding situation, and that's when Klassy Kats Cat Rescue stepped in and gave me a chance. At first, I was placed as a barn kitty, but it didn't take long for them to realize I was actually a very special indoor cat at heart. I'm lovable but super shy, and I do get scared easily—life taught me to be cautious—but I truly love people once I feel safe. I was tip-eared back in my barn-kitty days, and I also had a bad ear infection that left me with what humans call “cauliflower ear.", and a snaggly tooth. My foster mom said it just adds to my charm and tells part of my journey. I'm a bit quirky in the best way. I love wet food, but I prefer to enjoy it quietly at night (I like my routine!). If you have wet food, I will absolutely be your best friend. I get along wonderfully with other cats, and I'd do best in a quiet, patient home where I can settle in at my own pace. Because I'm fair-skinned, I need to stay indoors only, where I feel safest anyway.
