With his soft coat and soulful eyes, he’s as handsome as he is sweet. Life wasn’t always easy for Willie — he spent his early days on the streets before being rescued — but he’s learning that love, safety, and playtime are what life should really be about. At first meeting, Willie can be a little shy, but give him a bit of time and patience, and you’ll see his affectionate side shine through. Once he feels comfortable, he loves to play with toys on a string and will happily show off his playful spirit. He’s also getting used to being picked up and handled, and he’s making wonderful progress every day. Willie would do best in a calm, all-adult home or one with older, cat-savvy children who understand his gentle nature. Most of the cats that I rescue were abandoned and having a hard time surviving on the streets. I take them in, get them vetted/vaccinated and then let them decompress.
