Meet your new favorite obsessions. He has thumbs...and his THUMBS have THUMBS. Whisper came from an overpopulated trailer park in Springfield Ohio where the landlord was starting to poison, drown, and shoot the strays. Some of the cats rescued from this location had BB's in their skin. It was clear this was no safe space for them. Whisper came to us with missing hair, a hard time breathing, and emaciated. He had been a fighting tomcat but once we got him the vetting he needed, he blossomed and is now doing SO well. Whisper is FIV and FeLV+ which means his immune system isn't the greatest so it's very important that his home is clean and his bowls are stainless steel and cleaned regularly as well as his litter box. FIV and FeLV cats can live with negative cats as long as the other cats are in good health and are vaccinated for FeLV. They obviously can also live with fellow positive kitties. Whisper is a sweet soul and he adores affection and has the most unique purr. He would love a comfortable home where he can be loved forever. He is also currently looking for a foster for relief from life in a cage.
