About Taffy
Taffy is a Lab and Black Mouth Cur mix with a personality as big as her goofy grin. Rescued from the San Antonio shelter alongside her friend Lucy, Taffy is all about affection and socializing—she thrives when surrounded by her people and canine pals. Her playful nature comes out in bursts of energy, and she’ll happily zoom around the yard or engage in games until she’s ready to flop down for cuddles. At around 60 pounds, Taffy sometimes forgets her size in her puppy-like excitement, so an adopter who welcomes a big, active dog will appreciate her cheerful antics. Taffy is fully house trained, uses the doggy door reliably, and hasn’t had any accidents indoors. She walks nicely on leash and is always eager for a new adventure. She gets along well with other dogs and children, making her a great fit for an energetic family or household with existing pets. For anyone looking to add a loyal, fun, affectionate companion to their home, Taffy might be the perfect match. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
