“You can call me Honey if you want...” Because she just might be the one you want! Honey is a 9-month-old beagle mix with a personality just as sweet as her name! At about 15 lbs, she's the perfect little package of love — small enough to be your constant sidekick, but big enough to fill your whole heart. This girl is a professional snuggler, champion kiss-giver, and part-time goofball. She loves playing with her foster brothers, curling up for cuddles, and heading outside for what can only be described as a full beagle-style sniffari. Her nose is her compass, her hobby, and possibly her life coach! She's happiest exploring the world one scent at a time! Honey is working on potty training and will need a family willing to give her patience, encouragement, and lots of praise (and maybe a treat or two) while she figures things out. She's eager to learn, but sometimes the smells are just very exciting! She's spayed, vaccinated, and does great with other dogs and cats. Honey did test positive for anaplasmosis and Lyme, she is on a 30 day cycle of doxycycline. Honey is ready to find a loving home that will embrace her playful energy, adore her affectionate nature, and laugh at her silly beagle antics. She can go to her forever home on 2/27.
