Javier's humans gave him up at the local Animal Control. He was very scared there so they asked rescue to take him. Javier is a doll. He's a tiny bit shy with new humans but settles in quickly. We also don't think he has had much exposure to other dogs but is currently hanging out with 10 others. Cuddling next to them and starting to play. Javier is house trained and has a very sweet personality. This little guy is only 6 lbs and 3 years old. His foster mom adores him.
