About Baloo

Baloo is a testament to resilience, having survived the streets of Oklahoma and overcome parvo. He’s a young, medium-sized Great Pyrenees mix with a distinctive tricolor coat. Deafness doesn’t slow him down—in fact, he thrives with his canine companions and demonstrates a genuine adaptability to new situations. Baloo knows several commands like sit, come, lay down, and is working on stay; he’s also house trained and walks nicely on leash. He adores being outdoors, whether he’s playing or just lounging in the grass. Baloo gives out heartwarming kisses and loves car rides too. This smart, sometimes stubborn boy would be happiest in a home with a fenced yard where he can safely roam. He gets along best with other dogs his size or bigger and enjoys the company of older children (9 or 10+). He isn’t a fan of crates, and he doesn’t get along with cats. Baloo needs a patient, confident family who will guide him with consistency, love, and understanding. A family ready to grow with him will discover a devoted best friend—one who just happens to be a fluffy ball of sweetness. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
