About Ozzy

What are you waiting for? Apply today! Introducing Ozzy, a sweet and resilient kitty who was rescued from a shelter euthanasia list. After arriving with a severe open fracture to his back leg, Ozzy underwent an amputation, but he has adapted beautifully and moves around just fine with only one back leg. At around 2 years old, this neutered, fully vetted cat is learning to adjust to his new life in foster care. Ozzy is very shy and timid right now—he often seeks comfort under the bathroom sink and prefers gentle pets. With time, patience, and love, he is starting to feel safe, purr, and even make biscuits, though he still gets scared and may hiss or swat when overwhelmed. Ozzy uses his litter box perfectly and doesn’t require any special accommodations despite being a tripod. Continuous socialization is helping him grow more comfortable every day, promising a bright future with a compassionate adopter. If you’re looking for a loving companion who needs a gentle and understanding home, Ozzy could be your perfect match. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
