About Bones
Click apply to start the adoption process. Bones is a big and strong adult pit bull who weighs approximately 60 lbs. With his short, apricot and white coat, he's as striking as he is playful. Bones adores his meals and has a great love for toys—playtime is always on the agenda! He would thrive in a home with a spacious, fenced yard where he can run, play, and enjoy the outdoors. Please note, all animals adopted are taken directly to a local veterinarian for spay/neuter, ensuring your new companion is healthy and ready for home life. Rockbridge SPCA welcomes out-of-area adoptions as long as adopters are able to visit more than once. There are no exceptions to this requirement, and animals are not held. Kittens and puppies must reach 2 lbs. for surgery, and vet availability for pediatric procedures is limited in this region. Emotional support or service animals are not available through Rockbridge SPCA. Adoptions to college students are not permitted, but volunteering is encouraged. Occasionally, a home visit may be required to finalize the adoption and ensure a perfect match. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
