Juniper Jolene, known as Juni, is a small, scruffy white terrier mix with a ton of personality in her compact frame. Weighing around 18 pounds and under two years old, she’s already vaccinated, spayed, dewormed, and microchipped. Juni’s favorite activities include destroying toys, playing tug of war, and racing around with other dogs her size. She’s best suited to a calm, adult home and isn’t recommended for families with small children due to her initial shyness and sensitive past. Rescued from a tough situation, Juni was nervous at first but has warmed up into a loving, cuddly girl—classic velcro dog behavior. She sticks close to her person and gives plenty of affection once she trusts you. She’s crate trained and sleeps through the night, is working on potty and leash skills, and quickly picked up the doggy door. Juni gets along well with other polite, playful dogs but cats are not a fit, as she loves to chase.
