About Murphy
Murphy is a large, young Boxer/Lab/Bully mix who brings together a goofy charm and a sweet, affectionate personality. At about a year old, he's still in that playful, growing stage—full of curiosity and always ready to make you smile. Murphy loves toys (especially a jolly ball), bones, and time spent chasing around a fenced yard. He's happiest when he can play with dogs his own size or snuggle up close to his people after a good romp. Murphy's crate trained and learning fast: he already understands basic cues like sit, down, and focus, and is improving on stay and leash manners. He responds well to positive reinforcement and would thrive in a home that enjoys teaching new things. While he does well with kids, he's best suited to families with older children who can handle his enthusiasm and strength. He’s not house trained yet, but he’s working on it. Murphy's ideal home has a secured, physical fence (no electric fences), and folks ready to continue building his confidence and guiding him as he matures. He’s been neutered and is ready for his next big adventure. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
