Ice is at his best when his days include movement, enrichment, and clear expectations. He’s a dog who needs direction and benefits from structure. When his physical and mental needs are met, Ice can focus, engage, and enjoy his world more comfortably. Ice’s best fit: Ice was recently returned after developing resource guarding behaviors and has a bite history. Because of this, we cannot place him in a home with children. His future home will need to be adult-only and committed to providing consistent outlets for his energy along with professional behavioral support. Ice will do best with an experienced adopter who understands his history and is prepared to invest time, training, and guidance to help him develop safer coping skills.
