Tom
AvailableTom is a brown and chocolate small Domestic Short Hair, approximately 2 years old, neutered, and up to date on his vaccinations. He currently resides in Los Angeles, CA and enjoys the company of other cats. Tom’s health needs mean he will require an attentive adopter who can monitor his well-being and provide a little extra care.
About Tom
Tom is the goofball younger brother with a flair for comedy and a real talent for dramatic leaps across the living room. He isn’t shy about making himself heard and has been known to treat the bathroom as a stage for his personal concerts. Tom is quick-thinking, playful, and will absolutely work for snacks. He does come with a bit of extra responsibility—a chronic digestive condition that sometimes results in blood in his stool. While it doesn’t put a damper on his energetic spirit, it does mean Tom needs an adopter who will keep a close eye on his health, administer special care, and share in his victories, big or small. His heart, though, is as big as his personality, and his bond with his sister Jerry is unbreakable. Tom and Jerry are a true duo—inseparable siblings who balance each other out. Jerry is the snuggler, while Tom brings the laughs. Both grew up in foster care alongside a mix of cats, including a senior, so they’re well socialized and enjoy the company of other felines. The pair must be adopted together because their connection is what gives them both confidence and comfort. They’ll be happiest with adopters who value the unique joys and responsibilities of living with special animals, and the rescue is eager to remain part of their journey with ongoing support if needed. Tom’s birthday makes him a Taurus, which explains his persistent and affectionate side. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
