And while you're busy admiring them, she will quietly walk off with your heart. At two years old, this healthy girl already knows how to live in a house and be a polite roommate. She wants to do well. She watches for cues. She tries. Tell her she's wonderful and perhaps offer a tasty thank-you, and you will see her whole face light up. Paris is strong, athletic, and enthusiastic about life. Toys are her favorite hobby, although they tend to have very short careers. On leash she is making progress and learning that walks are nicer when we move together instead of in negotiations. In public she keeps her composure and brings good manners with her. At home, though, she would prefer to be your one and only. She doesn't go searching for conflict -- she simply believes the spotlight belongs to her, ideally while curled up as close to you as physically possible.
