About Striker
They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Meet Striker! This playful adult Husky is looking for a loving forever home. As part of Troy Animal Rescue Project, Striker will have up-to-date vaccinations, be spayed/neutered, and microchipped before joining your family. Rest assured, you can expect him to be on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention and regularly dewormed for optimal health. Striker will also be heartworm negative and receive a full vet check before heading home with you. He is friendly with other dogs and children, so he will make a wonderful addition to many family types. Please note that this rescue does not conduct same-day adoptions; instead, you'll begin by submitting an application, followed by a virtual home visit and a vet reference check. Appointments to meet Striker are arranged after the initial application steps and can be scheduled weekdays or weekends, with the final vetting visit prior to adoption. The adoption fee is $100 and a reference (either veterinary or personal, depending on your pet ownership history) will help speed up the approval. Rental residents should be prepared to provide a pet-friendly lease. The rescue center is not open to the public without an appointment, but their staff are available to answer questions through phone or email to help with the process. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
