About Casper
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Casper, a big-hearted white and gray short-haired cat currently waiting for you at Cat & Craft in Vista. Casper has had quite the journey—from fending for himself on the streets of LA to being rescued and transferred to the Rescue House, where his affectionate personality has truly blossomed. Casper absolutely loves attention, especially when you talk to him while petting him. He’s sweet, affectionate, and clever—if he’s hungry, you can count on him pawing at his food dish to let you know! Like many cats, a warm spot is irresistible to him. Casper thrives in spaces where he can move around and explore, and he isn’t happy feeling confined or cramped in a small apartment or locked room. He’s fostered with both cats and large mellow dogs, getting along famously and even sharing naps with his canine friends. Casper really enjoys the company of other animals and would not do well as a solo pet—he’s truly happiest when he has a companion. He also did well living with older children and would be a fantastic fit for a family with kids in the late elementary years or older. Casper was fostered alongside another cat named Sunny, and they make a great pair. Friendly, mellow, and loving, Casper is ready to bring joy and companionship into your life. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
