About Maureen
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Maureen is a delightful young cat with white fur adorned by gray bicolor patches and an irresistible medium coat. This spayed female loves nothing more than playful romps with her siblings and is always up for a game of chase, especially when cat trees, trackballs, or dangly toys are involved. While she can be a bit shy at first, Maureen warms up quickly to gentle, patient humans, rewarding their affection with energetic bursts and a kitten’s curiosity. She thrives in calm, quiet homes and needs another cat playmate to keep her company, as she is best suited to an environment with plenty of companionship and enrichment. Window perches, scratching posts, and high places will quickly turn into her favorite hangouts. Maureen greatly appreciates head and rear pets, can tolerate being picked up while preferring to keep her paws mostly on the ground, and tends to come out of her shell more each day as she feels at home. Children over 10 who understand gentle handling are recommended for happy coexistence. For adopters able to offer her patience during her adjustment period, Maureen will become a treasured household member, providing endless playtime and affection. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
