Foster Care Plan: Sparky needs a foster while he awaits a dental surgery date. He will have a medical consult upon pickup and the Operation Kindness Foster Team will supply all items necessary for a successful foster journey. Foster to Adopt Program: Sparky is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption.
