When she first arrives in her new home, she might feel a bit nervous. Think of it as her acclimation period. Setting up a cozy room with a litter box, food, and some water will make her feel safe and sound. It might take Lucy a few days to find her footing, but she’s going to bring so much joy once she settles in! She will also come with a behavior plan that you’ll want to follow to ensure a smooth transition. We warmly welcome you Tuesday to Saturday from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM to meet Lucy and other amazing cats. (Please note: cats in foster care are not available for in-person visits.) **#2 - ADOPT REMOTELY OR PLACE A 24-HOUR HOLD** If you’re ready to adopt without the meet and greet, or wish to place a non-refundable $25 hold to reserve Lucy for 24 hours, just give a call or drop an email! We’re often busy helping other clients, but rest assured, voicemails and emails will be returned within 24 hours. *Note: Holds are not available on Saturdays or during adoption events. Each cat adoption fee includes: - Spay/Neuter - Rabies vaccine - Current Distemper vaccines (additional boosters may be needed) - FeLV/FIV blood test - Microchip implanted and registered to you - Treatment for fleas, ticks, and ear mites - A veterinary exam and health certificate - Plus a free vet exam within 30 days after adoption with participating veterinarians!
