Proserpina is a resilient adult female cat with a story of incredible strength and survival. She arrived to us in very poor health after struggling to deliver a kitten that sadly did not make it. In November, she was diagnosed with calicivirus and mycoplasma and bravely underwent treatment, showing just how determined she is to keep going. She also battled ringworm and has successfully completed treatment for that as well. Because of her medical history, Proserpina is advised to remain on a lysine powder supplement for life to help support her upper respiratory health. With this ongoing support, she is ready to enjoy a happy, comfortable life. Despite everything she's been through, Proserpina is wonderfully social and people-oriented. She loves to talk, seek out attention, and be part of the action. She's a cat who truly wants to converse and connect. Proserpina is now looking for a loving home that will appreciate her affectionate personality and continue her simple daily care. In return, she promises lots of companionship and love.
