Bugsy’s Journey to Recovery Bugsy arrived at the shelter on November 17, 2025, in a dire state. His skin was torn and bleeding, and he was nothing but skin and bones, severely dehydrated. He entered the shelter with his head down, displaying an expression of utter defeat. The only time Bugsy would meet your gaze was when you gently lifted his head with your hand. His soft eyes seemed to plead for help. Thanks to an abundance of love, medicated baths, and proper care, Bugsy has transformed into a vibrant boy, ready to embark on a new life with a family he may have never known. His adoption fee is $100.00, which covers all his needs: neutering, vaccinations (including rabies), a microchip, and a heartworm test. Please note that Bugsy is low heartworm positive.
