About Skunk
Skunk (also known as Skunky) is a gentle, expressive tuxedo cat who makes her feelings known, whether she wants attention, some playtime, or dinner. She has plenty to say—her hungry little chirps and otter-like calls are sure to make you smile when mealtime rolls around. Bird-watching from the safety of a window is her favorite sport, and the glass protects every sparrow from her enthusiastic wriggles and pretend pounces. Twice a day, she feasts on seafood and chicken and makes it clear she appreciates every bite and every Churu treat. She adores her cat tree and spends long stretches dozing on its highest perch like a small queen. Skunk greets her people with endearing nose boops and enjoys soft, gentle connection. She can be wary of loud noises and may need some patience while she settles into a new, calm environment, especially since past bullying by other cats left her cautious. She needs to be the only cat in her home. Once she trusts you, Skunk’s true personality shines—sudden bouts of silliness, zoomies, and unexpected bursts of playfulness keep things interesting. Enrichment toys, catnip, and gentle affection help her blossom into a loving, loyal companion. She is FIV/FELV negative, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, spayed, and about five years old. If you’re looking for a sweet, sensitive, and slightly quirky tuxedo cat, Skunk could be the perfect match. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!

How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Skunk, as a domestic short hair, is perfectly content living indoors with plenty of windows to watch the world go by. She thrives with indoor enrichment rather than outdoor roaming.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Domestic short hair cats are often good with respectful children, but since Skunk is on the sensitive side and can be timid, she would do best in a calm home, ideally with older kids who understand her need for gentle treatment.
