Madigan, or Madi as she likes to be called, is a Corgi/Pit Bull mix born in September 2023 who’s looking for a calm, understanding home to help her feel safe and loved. She was transferred from another rescue, and while her past is unknown, it’s clear she’s had experiences that make her fearful at first. Madi will do best in a patient, adult-only home (or possibly a home with much older children) where things are predictable and quiet. With time, consistency, and kindness, she truly blossoms—turning into a sweet lap dog who loves being close to her people. She may be able to live with other dogs following a proper introduction, but she has not been around cats. A fenced-in yard is preferred, giving her a secure space to explore and build confidence at her own pace. Madi is searching for a special adopter—someone who understands that trust takes time and that the reward is a deeply loyal, affectionate companion.
