1-2-26 Cecil comes into rescue as a Shelter transfer. Cecil is a smart boy who needs training. He likes people and attention. He likes toys and chasing them. Cecil is recently neutered and is not liking the other recently neutered dog here. The female dogs just stay out of his way.
