About Tequila
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Meet Tequila! This goofy girl has truly blossomed since arriving at the rescue. Tequila was surrendered alongside her brother in New Mexico, and while her brother has found a family, she continues her journey in foster care. There, she’s been picking up house skills from her foster doggy siblings and has made tremendous progress. Off-leash, she excels, although she’s still working on her leash etiquette. Tequila may be shy and fearful around new people, but her loyalty and cuddle-loving nature shine through once she’s comfortable. For her to thrive, it’s recommended to arrange multiple meetings if possible, so she has the chance to get to know you. Tequila will do especially well in a home with another confident dog to guide her and help her settle in. If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion to add to your pack, Tequila just might be the one. Fun fact: Born September 29, Tequila is a Libra, so she’s likely to appreciate harmony and bonds with her family. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
