About Phoebe
Phoebe is a medium-sized, gray-blue pit bull mix with a short coat and a big personality. Phoebe's spent time with a foster family, and they say she’s made impressive progress adapting to home life. She spends hours relaxing in the sun, which makes a fenced yard a real plus for her. Phoebe is playful, especially with her tug toys, and has a little bit of a mouthy streak that’s improved a lot. She knows commands like recall and sit, does well with crate training, and sleeps through the night. Her foster’s children, ages 7 and 10, have learned to adjust to her play style, and she does well with them. Phoebe needs to be the only pet in the household—as she still reacts to other dogs—but fills the home with affection and joy. She thrives on companionship, both relaxing on the couch and following structure in play and training. Phoebe is spayed, heartworm negative, house trained, and up to date on vaccinations.
