About Pecan Special Needs

Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Pecan is searching for a dedicated, experienced adopter who can provide the specialized care and love she needs. As an FIP survivor, Pecan has come a long way and only requires routine wellness monitoring and veterinary visitsβ€”no medication or special diets necessary. She does have some lingering litter box inconsistencies, primarily with bowel movements, and her caregivers are still working to determine whether this is due to past nerve damage or other factors. Patience and compassion for her continued recovery process are essential. This small, affectionate kitten is truly all about love. Pecan has an irresistible purr that starts the moment she's picked up and does not quit! She adores snuggling up on your shoulder, spending time with her person, and generally being treated just like the baby she believes herself to be. Volunteers are deeply invested in her continued well-being and will collaborate closely with adopters or fosters to ensure Pecan thrives in her new life. Her vaccinations, spay, and ongoing wellness appointments will be covered by the shelter. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
