Calypso started her journey outdoors in a feral cat colony, but since being brought inside last winter, she has made big strides settling into home life. She’s easily the shyest of her sisters, but Calypso will quietly approach and curl up near your lap, eager for a gentle pet. Being picked up still feels new to her, though there’s slow progress. Ideally, Calypso would be adopted with at least one of her sisters—she and Piper, in particular, stick close, wrestling and napping together between play sessions with toy mice. She’s estimated at about 5 months old, spayed, vaccinated, negative for both feline leukemia and FIV, dewormed, and microchipped. Calypso would do best in a calm, adult-only home or with much older kids, since loud noises make her anxious.
