Meet Judd 💔➡️❤️ Judd is a sweet, gentle 5-year-old guy who found himself in a high-kill shelter after being adopted in December and heartbreakingly returned in much worse condition than when he left. Whatever he endured, it’s clear life hasn’t been very kind to this boy lately. When Judd came to us, his coat was so severely matted that he had to be shaved completely for his comfort and health. While he may not look like the fluffy Pyr we all know and love right now, rest assured — with proper care, good nutrition, and time, his beautiful coat will grow back again. Despite everything he’s been through, Judd is incredibly kind and gentle. He gets along well with other dogs, cats, kids, and is friendly with people, showing the true Pyr heart beneath it all. He’s in need of plenty of TLC as he heals and gets cleaned up, but his sweet spirit shines through already. We are committed to helping Judd feel safe, healthy, and loved again. With patience and care, this special boy is going to blossom into the handsome, fluffy Pyr he was always meant to be — inside and out. 💙
