About Sunshine
Sunshine is a 9 1/2-year-old domestic short hair who recently returned to rescue after many years as a beloved pet. She lost her home due to her owner's move, not because of anything she did. Sunshine had a tough adjustment being back in foster care, but she’s settled in and now shows her affectionate side to those she trusts. With new people, she’s shy—she’ll need a patient adopter who will let her adapt at her own pace. She does best in a quiet home without dogs and with only a few other cats. Her next home should have a separate area for her to decompress and rebuild confidence. Sunshine has been declawed, and her gentle nature makes her a rewarding companion once she feels safe. Above all, this senior cat deserves comfort and companionship, not a life waiting in a rescue. Ready to give Sunshine the fresh start she has earned? Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
