Sitka is full of love and searching for a foster home to relax in while she is recovering. Reason for Foster: Ringworm Foster Time Frame: 2-3 Weeks (The foster time frame could be longer depending on future rechecks and medical needs.) Foster Care Plan: Sitka is being treated for ringworm, which is a common fungal skin infection. This can be contagious, so it is recommended that she be kept in a room away from other pets. Be sure to wash your hands and change clothes after interacting with her. A room without upholstered furniture or carpet is ideal. This kiddo will need regular lime sulfur dips and will go to foster with antifungal medication. She is also being treated for GI upset. We will provide a medical consultation at your pickup to ensure you are prepared to take great care of this little one.
