About Chelsea
Chelsea’s story started in a backyard shed, where she found a quiet spot to shelter during her pregnancy. A kind soul made sure she stayed safe by contacting rescue, and now Chelsea has a warm foster home for probably the first time in her life. She’s a sweet, gentle little mix, roughly 3 years old and likely under 10 pounds when not carrying puppies. Her coat is short and a warm reddish shade, but she has a few patches of hair loss and some dings that tell of a tough past. Chelsea came to rescue with no ID and no microchip, but she’s now vaccinated and learning what it means to be wanted. Chelsea and her puppies will be ready for new homes after the pups are weaned, around eight weeks from now. She is house trained and clearly comfortable with people. Her soft presence and resilience make her easy to root for. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
