Here’s the scoop: they haven’t been spayed yet, which means they are looking for someone special to start a fabulous foster-to-adopt journey. This means that you and TRACS will be co-owners until they receive their spay surgeries. A refundable $150 spay deposit is required, but don’t worry, there’s a lovely voucher for $50 off the surgery cost!
