A caring family began feeding her outdoors, but when they noticed she might have some hearing loss and was growing thin from stress and hiding, they brought her onto their porch to keep her safe. Now indoors, Smokey is scared of the resident cats and mostly stays tucked under the couch—but she lovingly comes out for snuggles when someone sits nearby. She’s not aggressive at all—just a quiet, gentle soul who needs a calm, cat-free home where she can feel safe and truly loved.
