She arrived with several siblings after being rescued from a dangerous situation, and once safely in our loving care, she truly began to shine. Now happily settled in one of our fun kitten rooms, Samara is ready to find her forever home. She’s the calmest of her group and enjoys sitting quietly next to people, gently bumping her side against your leg to say hello. Samara loves being near other kittens, especially her sisters, and she has naturally taken on the role of the room’s “big sister,” often posted near the door with one of the smaller kittens as if keeping watch. She’s very food motivated and is always the first to investigate when bowls are filled. While she’s more of an observer than a high-speed chaser, she’s fascinated by toys and prefers track balls, scratch pads, and anything she can bat at with quiet focus. There’s something deeply serene about Samara; she evokes a sense of gentle watchfulness and divine worth, and she’ll make a loving, steady companion for a lucky adopter. Adoption fee includes carrier, scratching pad, starter pack of food and litter, and toy. We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs. We offer free advice anytime about your adopted cat. If, for any reason, it doesn't work out, we will take the cat back, anytime in the future. Potential adopters must be interviewed in person, at the shelter, and live within 150 miles of Cincinnati.
