About Chewbacca H "chewy"
Chewbacca H "Chewy" is a lively, playful Cocker Spaniel mix looking for an active home. He's solid black with a hint of gray on his chest and tail, giving him a distinguished look. Chewy loves toys, chewables, and getting outdoors for runs, hikes, or long walks. In his foster home, he's shown affection and friendliness in calm settings and does best with adults who understand dog cues. He has good obedience skills, knows several commands, and responds well to routine. Chewy is house and crate trained and enjoys both playtime and snuggling. He’s had a few issues with anxiety and can be wary of unfamiliar men, but once settled, he’s a sweetheart. Chewy has done well with other dogs and could benefit from the company of another playful dog, but it isn’t essential. Occasionally, he’ll gently grab a shoe to get your attention, but a few pets set him right. Chewy needs a fenced yard for safe play and should go to a home with adults or only older teens (16+) as he’s not comfortable with young kids. His birthday puts him under the sign of Pisces, making him even more affectionate and sensitive by nature. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
