About Buster A Special Boy
Buster A Special Boy arrived in desperate condition—starved, with a large, unhealing wound and fighting through a rough patch in life. His journey wasn't easy: months in a cage, treated for a stubborn MRSA infection, all while displaying a peaceful, patient spirit. He’s tested negative for FeLV and FIV, is neutered, and keeps his vaccines up to date. Even after his main wound healed, Buster developed sores and now his caregivers are working to resolve possible food allergies. Despite everything, Buster has shown endless sweetness. He adores human attention, greeting everyone and everything with enthusiastic head butts. From a scary low weight of 5 lbs, he’s bounced back strong, now nearly 11.3 lbs—especially loving his wet food. Though not quite adoptable yet, seeing his transformation is a powerful reminder that kindness and resilience go hand in hand. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
