Miss Amelia spent 2 yrs in a pen with little to no human interaction. She is skittish but in a friendly way. She wants attention so badly but will only come close enough to pet her head and neck. But once leashed she is much better. She just needs love! She lived in the pen with another dog, but haven't tested her with other dogs yet.
