About Opie

Opie came to rescue after being found outside, wounded and hungry, but she has bounced back with spirited curiosity. This young tabby is around 11 or 12 weeks old, packed with energy, and has a love for zooming and pouncing on anything that moves. Life indoors is still new for her, so she’s looking for a patient adopter with some experience giving a street-smart kitten a gentle introduction to home life. Opie thrives on play—she’d do best in a home where another kitten or young cat can match her enthusiasm and teach her more about the comforts of being an inside cat. Litter box use is solid, as long as the box stays on her main floor. She gets along with other cats and is fine with older, sensible children, but would be overwhelmed in a home with young kids right now. Opie is not confirmed with dogs yet. If you’re ready for high-speed antics, Opie will keep you on your toes and quickly win you over. We suggest kittens like Opie are happiest adopted in pairs. Ready to fall in love?
